Wesley T. Kozeny is a co-owner of Bankers & Lenders Title, L.C. and principal of Kozeny & McCubbin, L.C. He received his BA and JD from Saint Louis University. Mr. Kozeny has a distinguished career representing the mortgage banking industry in the areas of creditor's rights, title litigation, foreclosures, bankruptcy, evictions, condemnation, and mechanic's liens. Mr. Kozeny has also provided representation for commercial real estate buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers in transactional, title, and landlord-tenant matters.

Mr. Kozeny is a member of the Missouri Bar, Illinois Bar, Nebraska Bar, Iowa Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, U.S. District Court for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Districts of Northern and Southern Iowa and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.


Garry McCubbin is also a co-owner of Bankers & Lenders Title, L.C. and principal of Kozeny & McCubbin, L.C. He received his BA from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and JD from Washburn University.

Mr. McCubbin has over twenty years of experience in real estate law and mortgage banking law. Prior to forming Kozeny & McCubbin,L.C, he served as a judicial clerk with the Kansas Court of Appeals and as Counsel for the Federal Land Bank of St. Louis.

Mr. McCubbin is a member of the Kansas Bar, Missouri Bar, Iowa Bar, Nebraska Bar, U.S. District Court for the Districts of Kansas, Nebraska, Eastern District of Missouri, Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, and the U.S. Supreme Court.


Mr. Kozeny and Mr. McCubbin are also co-founders of the American Legal & Financial Network (AFN). They are regular speakers at both local and national mortgage lending industry events and have published numerous articles in REO Magazine and other trade periodicals.
